For fish tanks up to 150 litres this top quality aquarium filtration unit comes with the added benefit of Ultra Violet sterilization. The filter comes complete with media and is ready to run. Hoses, taps, spray bar etc.are all included. It has an easy self priming system and quick release hose disconnection for routine maintenance of the media which are contained in individual filter media baskets. Separate mains connections for filter and UV, so UV can be switched off whilst leaving filter running.
It has a safety switch to prevent viewing of UV lamp when the filter is dismantled for cleaning.
It uses a standard PLS UV Lamp so replacement is easy.
The motor is an efficient 10 watts and UV of 5 watts and it has a maximum flow rate of 450 litres per hour.
