This battery operated air pump is ideal for transporting fish or having in for an emergency incase there is a power cut. They are also ideal for taking fishing to keep live bait alive.

They run off 2 'D' size batteries and come complete with a piece of airline and an airstone.

Where the air pump is sited below the tank level. These none return valves prevent water syphoning back into the pump ( and then all over the floor) if there is a power cut and thus prevent a minor catastrophy. They are put in the air line between the pump and tank.
