 | FILTOCLEAR POND FILTERS WITH UV
These "New" pond filters have been designed with the pond keeper in mind. They are pressurised so do not rely on gravity to feed the water back to the pond. They can therefore be situated in the garden below the pond level or in a shed, greenhouse or garage.A flow indicator on the filters tells you when the filter needs cleaning. They do not have to be taken to pieces to clean. There is a second outlet on the top of the filter for back flushing. This is normally laid in the garden so that when the filter is back flushed you feed your plants with high nitrates as well. Using the control valve on top, you set it to back flush. The water is then pumped backwards through the filter sponges to clean them out. Also there is a handle on the top that lifts up to squeeze the dirt out of the sponges. The Pumps recomended for the Filtoclear 3000 are The Aquamax Eco 4000 or Maximus 4000. The Pumps recomended for the Filtoclear 6000 are the Aquamax Start 8500,Aquamax Eco 8000 or the Olympus 6500. The pumps recomended for the Filtoclear 11000 are the Aquamax Eco 12000 or the Olympus 10000. The pumps recomended for the Filtoclear 15000 are the Aquamax ECO 16000 .
