The Aquamedic Light Computer is designed to closely simulates nature's illumination for the aquarium. It is supplied with three separate programmable channels. Channel one controls the primary lamp (e.g. metal halide, maximum 750 Watt). Channel two controls the additional light (e.g. blue fluorescent, maximum 300-Watt). The third channel, the specialty of the computer, controls a night light with a maximum of 100 watt. The night-light's intensity is controlled using an internal program to simulate the natural 29-day moon cycle. These three channels therefor simulate the cycle dusk to dawn. This cycle is of major importance for many plants and animals in setting a rhythm in their reproduction cycle.
The Aquamedic Solenoid Valve is a quality valve with pressure fittings for 6-mm flexible hose. The body of the valve is made from brass and is chrome plated. To prevent overheating, the valve uses 3.5-watt electrical power. The maximum useable gas pressure 6 bar. The valve can be connected to all CO2 units. Together with a timer, the valve can be used as a night shut off. In combination with a pH controller automatic control of the CO2 supply and the pH value.
The temperature controller 2001 C is delivered in 2 versions: 2001 HC for the control of heating systems and 2001 C for the control of cooling units. The control range varies from 0 - 50°C, with a precision of 0,1°C. The maximum wattage is 1.000 Watt for heaters and 600 Watt for coolers. The unit is supplied with a seawater proofed temperature probe.
The Aqua Medic pH Computer has the most modern microprocessor installed. This fulfills the high demands for accuracy when measuring and controlling the needed values. Water proofed finger-touch keys are used to set the needed values and calibrate the electrode. The pH Computer is used to control the exact values of pH in the aquarium or Aqua Medic Calcium Reactor. The controlling accuracy if fixed at 0,05 pH. The computer can switch up to 500 watts using the supplied external electrical socket. When the calibration key has been selected the unit will automatically calibrate itself with the electrode. A plastic shaft pH electrode with BNC fitting and the correct calibration fluids are included.
